- Try SCUBA (Bubble Therapy)
- Try SCUBA is an introductory, non-certification course designed to introduce beginners to the basics of SCUBA in a safe, controlled environment under the guidance of a professional instructor. Instructors will cover the basic knowledge and skills required for safe SCUBA diving and supervise participants as they put what they've learned to "blow bubbles" underwater and practice in the pool.
- Try SCUBA is offered on a regular basis.
- We have found that some veterans are not ready to participate in a full SCUBA course, but are interested in the psychological and physiological benefits of SCUBA diving. For these individuals the Try SCUBA concept modified to a "bubble therapy" session is an option. This can be a recreational diversion, or a therapy guided by a counselor or other medical professional.
